The verb to have can be the main verb or the auxiliary verb. Here, we shall learn about to have as the main verb.

The to have verb (as the main verb) has a meaning by itself and is the acting verb of the sentence. It also indicates possession and physical feeling.


Forms of ‘to have’ Verb

The to have verb is an irregular verb. It is written in different ways according to the tense of the verb and also the subject.
